Gucci has just returned from the 2005 USA Sieger Show and received a VA-7
rating.
The VA rating by its self is a great honor, but the fact that he has just reached
the ripe old age of 9 years old, is unprecedented (to my knowledge ) in the
show ring.
He may be the oldest dog in America or any where else, ever to be shown in the
Working Class at a Sieger show, and to achieve a VA rating, in addition to get a
ROUSING ovation with his bite work display.
No one has told Gucci that he is 63 years old in human years, Please don't tell him. We have been lying to him for some time now.
This Herculean feat is mainly attributed to his Breeder, Bo Nyman, who bred the
ultimate show and Working dog.
Gucci's strong desire to work and show, even at his age is a tribute to Mr. Nymans
breeding program.
It is a privilege and an honor to Handle this dog and his absolute un ending desire
to work still amazes me, even at my jaded old age.
Thank you again Mr. Nyman, and thank you Gucci.
